VerdictWaalaxy is one of the simplest ways to automate LinkedIn invitations and follow-ups, and annual plans are cheap. Tight Pro quotas, costly monthly billing and Business-only cold email hold it back.Dripify is an easy, cloud-based tool for LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with sensible built-in limits. Per-seat pricing and Advanced-only team and safety features make it less of a bargain for larger teams.

  • Entry price: Waalaxy Pro starts at €19/user/month billed annually; Dripify Pro starts at $59/user/month billed annually ($79 monthly).
  • Volume on the entry plan: Waalaxy Pro is capped at 300 invitations a month. Dripify Pro shares the same daily quotas as Advanced, including 75 connection requests a day.

  • Safety setup: Dripify gives each account a unique IP from your local region. Waalaxy relies on conservative quotas and delays and does not publicly document dedicated IPs for its cloud engine.

Features compared

Sequences and campaign builder

Winner: Dripify. Dripify’s drip builder chains profile views, follows, post likes, endorsements, connection requests, messages and Sales Navigator InMails, with conditions that branch on acceptance or replies. All plans get unlimited campaigns and unlimited actions per sequence, and Advanced adds A/B testing of up to three message variants per step.

Waalaxy also offers unlimited campaigns on every paid plan, but its sequences are built from templates that combine visits, follows, invitations and messages. Third-party reviewers note you cannot freely add or remove individual steps. That keeps setup fast, but it limits experimentation.

Prospect import and Sales Navigator

Winner: Dripify, narrowly. Both tools import from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter searches as well as CSV files. Dripify’s help center says a single Sales Navigator search can load up to 2,475 profiles (1,000 for free LinkedIn and Recruiter), and it supports up to 30 Sales Navigator InMails a day as a sequence step. Waalaxy’s optional Alien Copilot extension pre-fills imports from LinkedIn search pages, which is convenient, but our research did not find an InMail step comparable to Dripify’s.

Email outreach

Winner: Dripify. Every Dripify plan lets you mix LinkedIn and email steps, with an email finder and verifier and 100 credits a month. Waalaxy can enrich prospects with its Email Finder (25 credits on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business), but cold email sequences and multichannel campaigns are only on Business at €69/user/month billed annually.

Inbox, CRM and integrations

Winner: depends on your CRM. Dripify includes a reply inbox and a lightweight CRM area with notes and CSV export, plus native HubSpot, webhooks, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, an open API and an MCP server. It has no native Pipedrive or Salesforce integration. Waalaxy syncs natively with HubSpot and Pipedrive from the Pro plan, with API, Make, Zapier and n8n from Advanced. Its LinkedIn Inbox, however, is a separate add-on that third-party trackers list at €20 a month. Pipedrive users lean Waalaxy; everyone else gets more included with Dripify.

Personalization and AI

Winner: Dripify. Dripify lists 20+ personalization variables, including AI-generated icebreakers, and lead enrichment with 30+ data attributes. Our Waalaxy research did not surface comparable AI writing features.

Pricing compared

Plan tier Waalaxy Dripify
Free trial 14 days 7 days, no credit card
Entry (Pro) €19/user/mo annually (about €39 monthly) $59/user/mo annually ($79 monthly)
Mid (Advanced) €49/user/mo annually (about €99 monthly) $79/user/mo annually ($99 monthly)
Top tier Business: €69/user/mo annually (about €139 monthly) Enterprise: custom, 10+ seats

Waalaxy is the cheaper tool if you pay annually, but its monthly prices (from third-party trackers) roughly double the cost, and you need Business to get email campaigns. Dripify’s gap between monthly and annual billing is smaller, and email is included from Pro, so a Waalaxy user who needs email ends up much closer to Dripify’s price. Note that Waalaxy prices are in euros and exclude VAT, while Dripify’s are in US dollars.

For teams, Waalaxy offers 10% to 30% volume discounts from five seats on request. Dripify keeps team management, lead tagging, A/B testing and activity control on Advanced, so most teams should budget for its $79 annual tier. Prices checked in October 2026; confirm on each vendor’s pricing page.

LinkedIn account safety compared

Neither tool is risk-free: LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not allow third-party automation, and we rate both as Medium risk. Dripify scores slightly higher on safety (4.0 vs 3.8).

Dripify runs in the cloud and, according to its help center, assigns each account a unique IP from your local region. Every plan includes human behavior simulation, lead duplication protection and daily quotas, but “activity control” and “advanced LinkedIn protection” are Advanced-only, and Dripify publishes few technical details on how they work.

Waalaxy has been fully cloud-based since July 2026. Its security guide describes randomized daily quotas, two to three minute delays between actions, respect for LinkedIn’s weekly invitation cap of about 200, and an automatic 48-hour pause when it detects heavy manual activity. Its low monthly invitation caps also keep volumes modest. The weak point is transparency: Waalaxy does not publicly document dedicated IPs or proxy locations for its cloud engine.

Ease of use and setup

Waalaxy is the easier tool, scoring 4.7 for ease of use against Dripify’s 4.5. You import prospects, pick a ready-made sequence and launch, and Waalaxy says 75% of its users had never done LinkedIn outreach before. G2 reviewers most often praise its quick setup.

Dripify is still beginner-friendly. Its visual builder and templates are simple to learn, and the extra conditions and A/B tests are there when you want them. The trade-off is a few more decisions during setup, and only seven days of trial to make them.

Who should choose Waalaxy?

  • First-time LinkedIn prospectors who want the fastest setup
  • Solo founders and freelancers happy to pay annually for the lowest price
  • Pipedrive or HubSpot users who want native CRM sync from the entry plan
  • Users who only need LinkedIn, not cold email

Who should choose Dripify?

  • Sales reps and recruiters who want LinkedIn and email in one sequence without upgrading to a top tier
  • Sales Navigator users who want InMail steps and large search imports
  • Users who want conditional sequences and A/B testing
  • Buyers who prefer a cloud setup with a local-region IP per account

Alternatives worth considering

If neither fits, look at Expandi, which adds branching if/then Smart Sequences, a dedicated country-based IP per account and native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync at a higher price. See our Expandi review and the Expandi vs Waalaxy comparison, or how Dripify stacks up against Expandi.

Final verdict

Waalaxy and Dripify tie at 4.1, so the right pick depends on what you need. Waalaxy is the better buy for beginners who want simple LinkedIn-only sequences at the lowest annual price, as long as 300 invitations a month on Pro is enough. Dripify is the better tool for anyone who wants email steps, conditional sequences and Sales Navigator InMails from the entry plan, and it offers a stronger safety setup in exchange for a higher per-seat price.

Frequently asked questions

Is Waalaxy better than Dripify?

Neither is better overall: both score 4.1 out of 5 in Inranked's reviews. Waalaxy wins on ease of use and value for beginners, while Dripify wins on features and account safety, especially if you need email in your sequences.

Which is cheaper, Waalaxy or Dripify?

Waalaxy is cheaper on annual billing, starting at €19 per user per month versus Dripify's $59. Waalaxy's monthly billing roughly doubles the cost, though, and its email campaigns require the €69 Business plan, while Dripify includes email from its Pro plan.

Which is safer for my LinkedIn account?

Dripify scores slightly higher on safety (4.0 vs 3.8), mainly because it assigns each account a unique IP from your local region. Both are rated Medium risk, and no automation tool is risk-free because LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow automation.

Can I use Waalaxy and Dripify together?

Running two automation tools on the same LinkedIn account is not advisable, because their activity adds up and can push you past safe limits. If you want to compare them, use each tool's free trial on its own, one after the other.

What is the best alternative to Waalaxy and Dripify?

Expandi is the main step up, with branching if/then sequences, a dedicated IP per account and native Salesforce and Pipedrive sync at $79 to $99 per seat. Agencies managing many sender accounts should also look at HeyReach.
