Waalaxy is a cloud-based LinkedIn prospecting tool that automates connection requests, messages and follow-ups, with optional cold email on its top plan. It is built for solo founders, freelancers and small sales teams who want to start LinkedIn outreach without a steep learning curve.
Our short verdict: Waalaxy is one of the easiest ways to run simple LinkedIn sequences, and the annual prices are low. The trade-offs are tight invitation quotas on the entry plan, a big jump in cost if you pay monthly, and email campaigns locked to the Business tier.
What is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy is a French-made automation platform for LinkedIn and email outreach. The company says it is trusted by more than 200,000 sales reps, founders and teams, and that 75% of its users had never done LinkedIn outreach before. That beginner focus shows in the product: you import prospects, pick a ready-made sequence and launch.
The biggest recent change is technical. According to Waalaxy’s help center, the tool became fully cloud-based on July 1, 2026, and the old Chrome extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store. Campaigns now run from the web app at app.waalaxy.com, so your computer and browser no longer need to stay open. An optional extension called Alien Copilot only speeds up importing prospects from LinkedIn searches.
User feedback is broadly positive. Waalaxy holds a 4.5 out of 5 rating from about 1,610 reviews on G2, where ease of use, quick setup and time savings are the most-mentioned strengths. The most common complaints on G2 are price, occasional campaign bugs, limited customization and plan restrictions.
Waalaxy sits in the same group as other best LinkedIn automation tools, competing mainly on simplicity and price rather than on advanced controls.
Key features
Prospect import from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
Waalaxy’s pricing page says you can import prospects from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite searches. You can also import CSV files. Imported leads land in prospect lists, which then feed your campaigns. The Alien Copilot extension pre-fills an import when you are on a LinkedIn search page.
Pre-built campaign sequences
Campaigns are built from sequence templates that combine profile visits, follows, invitations and messages with automated follow-ups. All paid plans include unlimited campaigns, according to the pricing page. One limitation reported by third-party reviewers: sequence models are templates, so you cannot freely add or remove individual steps.
Cold email and Email Finder
Waalaxy can add email steps to a LinkedIn sequence, but cold email sequences and multichannel LinkedIn + email campaigns are only included on the Business plan. The Email Finder enriches prospects with professional emails; Waalaxy claims a “guaranteed 61%+ match rate”. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of finder credits: 25 on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business.
LinkedIn Inbox add-on
The Inbox is a separate paid add-on for managing LinkedIn conversations. It includes response templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags and CRM export. Third-party pricing trackers cite Waalaxy’s FAQ as listing it at €20 per month.
Integrations and API
Waalaxy says it connects natively with HubSpot and Pipedrive, plus more than 2,000 apps through Make, Zapier and n8n. CRM sync is included from the Pro plan, while API access and the Make, Zapier and n8n modules start on Advanced.
Team workspace
Waalaxy’s help center describes its team feature as “one seat = one LinkedIn account = one Waalaxy account”. Members keep separate campaigns and quotas, but a manager can work inside teammates’ accounts, and an anti-duplicate check stops two members from contacting the same person. All seats must share the same plan and billing period.
Waalaxy pricing
Waalaxy no longer shows a free plan on its pricing page. Each paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. A Freemium account still exists, but Waalaxy’s help center says a paid subscription is required to import prospects and launch campaigns. Prices are per user (one LinkedIn account) and exclude VAT.
| Plan | Price | Best for | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19/user/mo billed annually | Solo users testing LinkedIn outreach | 300 invitations/month, 25 email finder credits, no cold email, no API |
| Advanced | €49/user/mo billed annually | Active prospectors who need integrations | 800 invitations/month, 25 email finder credits, no cold email |
| Business | €69/user/mo billed annually | Teams running LinkedIn + email together | 800 invitations/month, 500 email finder credits, cold email included |
The pricing page offers monthly, quarterly (-20%) and yearly (-50%) billing, and Waalaxy’s help center uses the €49 Advanced figure as the yearly rate. Third-party trackers list monthly billing at about €39, €99 and €139 for the three plans, so paying month to month roughly doubles the cost. Teams of five or more seats can request volume discounts of 10% to 30% from support.
Support speed also scales with the plan. The pricing page lists replies within 48 hours on Pro, within 4 hours plus live chat on Advanced, and priority support on Business.

Is Waalaxy safe for your LinkedIn account?
No automation tool is risk-free. LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not allow third-party software that automates activity on the site, so any account using Waalaxy can be restricted. Waalaxy reduces the risk but cannot remove it.
Waalaxy’s own security guide describes several safeguards:
- Randomized daily quotas, for example 80–100 connection requests and 120–150 messages per day on premium plans.
- A delay of two to three minutes between each action.
- Respect for LinkedIn’s weekly invitation cap of about 200, after Waalaxy’s earlier bypass stopped working.
- An automatic 48-hour pause when it detects heavy manual activity alongside campaigns.
Monthly plan quotas (300 or 800 invitations) also keep volumes modest, and you can lower daily limits in settings but not raise them above Waalaxy’s caps. On the other hand, Waalaxy does not publicly document dedicated IPs or proxy locations for its new cloud engine. Competitor Linked Helper notes in its Waalaxy review that a remote IP or device different from your usual setup can add security signals. We rate safety as Medium: conservative limits, but limited transparency on infrastructure.
Who should use Waalaxy?
Good fit
- Founders, freelancers and consultants starting LinkedIn outreach for the first time.

How we evaluated Waalaxy
This review is research-based. We have not run hands-on tests yet; instead we reviewed Waalaxy’s official website, pricing page, help center and security documentation, plus public user reviews on G2 and recent third-party pricing analyses. Each tool is scored on features (30%), value for money (25%), LinkedIn account safety (25%) and ease of use (20%). Read the full method on our how we review page.
Final verdict
Waalaxy is a strong starting point for LinkedIn outreach if you value simplicity over control. G2 reviewers most often praise its ease of use and quick setup, and the annual Pro plan at €19 per user per month is among the cheaper ways to automate invitations and follow-ups.
The weak spots are real, though. The free plan is effectively gone, monthly billing is expensive, Pro allows only 300 invitations a month, and email campaigns require Business. Start the 14-day trial on Waalaxy’s website, check whether the quotas suit your volume, and only then commit to an annual plan.
