VerdictDripify is an easy, cloud-based tool for LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with sensible built-in limits. Per-seat pricing and Advanced-only team and safety features make it less of a bargain for larger teams.Expandi pairs flexible if/then LinkedIn and email sequences with strong safety controls like dedicated IPs and warm-up. It costs more than most rivals and has no free plan, so it suits teams more than casual solo users.

The two tools are closer than the price gap suggests. Both run in the cloud, both combine LinkedIn and email steps, both support Sales Navigator and both offer a 7-day free trial with no free plan. Dripify wins on simplicity and entry cost; Expandi wins on sequence depth, CRM integrations and safety. Full details are in our Dripify review and Expandi review.

  • Ease of use: Dripify scores 4.5 for ease against Expandi’s 4.1.
  • Sequence logic: Expandi’s Smart Sequences branch with if/then logic across 11 campaign types; Dripify uses a simpler visual builder with conditions like “if accepted” or “if replied”.
  • CRM: Expandi has native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync; Dripify lists native HubSpot only.

Features compared

Sequences and campaign logic

Winner: Expandi. Expandi’s Smart Sequences branch on what each prospect does, with if/then actions, campaign prioritization, step-by-step statistics and A/B testing of messages. Its homepage describes 11 campaign types and unlimited campaigns on the Business plan. The trade-off is setup time.

Dripify’s visual builder chains profile views, follows, post likes, endorsements, connection requests, messages and InMails, with conditions such as “if accepted” or “if replied”. All plans get unlimited campaigns and ready-made sequence templates. It is easier to learn, but A/B testing (up to three variants per step) is limited to the Advanced plan.

Sales Navigator and lead imports

Slight edge: Dripify. Both tools build campaigns from Sales Navigator search URLs, support InMail and treat Sales Navigator as optional. Dripify documents its limits more clearly: up to 2,475 profiles per Sales Navigator search, 1,000 per free LinkedIn or Recruiter search, and up to 30 InMails per day. It can also pull leads from CSV files, your network and LinkedIn Events.

Expandi recommends keeping Sales Navigator segments small and targeted, and says a Sales Navigator account can help build account trust and widen limit ranges.

Email and personalization

Winner: Dripify on email tools, Expandi on visual personalization. Every Dripify plan mixes LinkedIn and email steps and includes an email finder and verifier with 100 credits per month. Extra packs start at $29 for 1,000 credits. Dripify also lists 20+ personalization variables, including AI-generated icebreakers, and enrichment with 30+ data attributes.

Expandi also runs email follow-ups in the same sequence, connects to any email provider and integrates with Smartlead. Its standout is personalized images and GIFs (via Hyperise) and video (via Sendspark), though both are paid add-ons.

Inbox, CRM and integrations

Winner: Expandi. Expandi lists native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, plus webhooks, API access, Zapier and Expandi MCP (beta). Its shared inbox supports labels, tags and notes, with blacklists and duplicate prevention at personal and company level.

Dripify offers a dedicated inbox, a lightweight CRM area and analytics, with native HubSpot, webhooks, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, an open API and an MCP server. There is no native Salesforce or Pipedrive integration, so those CRMs need Zapier, Make or webhooks. Lead tagging and team analytics are Advanced-only.

Team and agency features

Winner: Expandi for agencies, Dripify for small teams. Dripify’s Advanced plan adds team management: roles, per-rep performance tracking, shared templates and protection against two reps contacting the same lead. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account. Expandi’s custom Agency plan, for 10+ seats, adds roles and permissions, centralized campaign management, client-facing reports, template sharing and white-label use.

Pricing compared

Full-feature self-serve plan Advanced: $99/user/mo ($79 annually) Business: $99/seat/mo ($79 annually)
Teams of 10+ seats Enterprise: custom Agency: custom

Dripify is cheaper to start, but only on Pro, which leaves out team management, lead tagging, A/B testing and activity control. Once you need those, Dripify Advanced costs exactly the same as Expandi Business: $99 per seat per month, or $79 billed annually. At that price, Expandi gives you branching logic and wider native CRM sync, while Dripify gives you a simpler builder and a built-in email finder.

Both tools charge per seat, so costs climb with every LinkedIn account. A team of five reps on Dripify Pro costs $395 per month on monthly billing, or $295 on annual billing. Both earn a value sub-score of 3.8. Watch for Expandi’s paid personalization add-ons and Dripify’s extra email credit packs. Prices checked in October 2026; confirm on each vendor’s pricing page.

LinkedIn account safety compared

No LinkedIn automation tool is fully safe, because LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not allow third-party software that automates activity on the platform. Both tools run in the cloud, which lowers risk compared with browser extensions. Expandi scores 4.2 on safety and Dripify 4.0.

Expandi gives every account a dedicated, country-based IP address, warms up new profiles automatically and enforces daily limits. Its risk comes from overuse: it markets up to 300+ connection requests a week, and its Mobile Connector campaign type adds 100 extra requests weekly. Treat those as ceilings, not safe defaults.

Dripify assigns each account a unique IP address from your local region, and every plan includes human behavior simulation, lead duplication protection and daily quotas, such as 75 connection requests a day. We rate its safety as Medium. Two caveats: “activity control” and “advanced LinkedIn protection” are Advanced-only, and Dripify publishes few technical details about how its safety features work. With either tool, warm up slowly and stay well under the maximums.

Ease of use and setup

Dripify is the easier tool, scoring 4.5 for ease against Expandi’s 4.1. You add leads from a search URL or CSV, pick a template or chain a few steps, and launch. Its 7-day trial includes Advanced features with no credit card, so you can test team features too.

Expandi asks for more upfront work. Branching sequences are powerful but take longer to set up well, and the 7-day trial is short for learning them. Some public reviewers also report billing and support friction with Expandi, so check those during the trial.

Who should choose Dripify?

  • Founders, consultants and recruiters who want simple cloud-based LinkedIn outreach
  • Sales reps who want LinkedIn and email steps plus a built-in email finder
  • Small teams using HubSpot or Zapier-based workflows
  • Budget-conscious users who can live without A/B testing on the Pro plan

Who should choose Expandi?

  • Sales teams that need branching if/then LinkedIn and email sequences
  • Teams on Salesforce or Pipedrive that want native CRM sync
  • Users who put dedicated IPs and automatic warm-up first
  • Agencies that need white-label reporting and centralized campaign management
