HeyReach is a cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool built for agencies, sales teams and GTM operators who run outreach from many LinkedIn accounts at once. Its core idea is simple: connect multiple senders, put them on one campaign, and let the tool rotate sending between them while all replies land in one inbox.
Our short verdict: HeyReach is one of the strongest options if you manage five or more LinkedIn accounts, especially for clients. For a single founder with one profile, the $79 per-sender price and the agency-first feature set are harder to justify.
What is HeyReach?
HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach platform that runs in the cloud, so campaigns keep working when your laptop is closed. According to its homepage, it is “trusted by 7,000+ companies” and shows a 4.7 rating badge from G2. On G2’s HeyReach page, the product held a 4.6 out of 5 average from 74 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
The product is priced per LinkedIn sender, not per user. HeyReach’s pricing page says team members are free, which suits agencies where several SDRs or account managers work across many client profiles. Higher plans add whitelabel options, bulk sender bundles and done-for-you onboarding.
HeyReach is LinkedIn-first. Email is handled through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison rather than a built-in sending engine, so a true multichannel setup usually means a second subscription.
Key features
Multi-sender campaigns and sender rotation
Sender rotation is HeyReach’s defining feature. According to HeyReach’s help center, you can assign multiple LinkedIn accounts to one sequence and the platform auto-rotates through them. Daily limits apply per sender and are shared across every campaign that sender runs, so adding senders raises total volume without pushing any single profile harder.
This is what makes the tool practical for agencies: one campaign for a client can run through five, ten or twenty profiles, while each account stays within conservative limits.
Unified inbox (Unibox)
All conversations from all connected senders appear in one unified inbox. HeyReach says you can reply on behalf of colleagues, send voice notes from the desktop and avoid logging in and out of LinkedIn accounts. The homepage also says replies are sorted by sentiment and warm leads are auto-tagged.
For teams handling dozens of profiles, this removes the most painful part of multi-account LinkedIn work: checking each account’s messages separately.
LinkedIn actions and campaign logic
According to HeyReach’s pricing page, every plan includes unlimited campaigns and all LinkedIn actions: connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes, profile views and an “If Connected” condition. The homepage also lists post likes, and campaign flows support InMail. HeyReach’s help center notes that InMail campaigns require every selected sender to have a Sales Navigator or Recruiter subscription.
Sales Navigator and lead imports
HeyReach supports Sales Navigator well. Its help center explains that you paste a Sales Navigator search URL to import leads, with a separate method for importing accounts (companies) and saved lists. Each import is capped at 2,500 leads per LinkedIn sender, and HeyReach says there is no workaround for that cap.
Leads can also come from Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or CSV uploads. You need your own Sales Navigator seat to use these imports; HeyReach does not include one.
Integrations, API and MCP
HeyReach lists a HubSpot CRM sync that logs connections, messages and replies on contact records, plus connections to Clay, n8n, Make and Zapier. All plans include an API with webhooks. The homepage also mentions an MCP server and a CLI for connecting AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
Each Growth sender includes 100 enrichment credits, according to the pricing page, with larger credit pools on Agency (1,000) and Unlimited (3,000).
Workspaces, permissions and whitelabel
Workspaces and permissions are included on every plan, which helps agencies separate clients. The Agency plan adds whitelabel, and the Unlimited plan offers multi-brand whitelabels as a $500 add-on, according to HeyReach’s pricing page.
HeyReach pricing
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender on its entry plan and sells sender bundles on higher tiers. Quarterly billing saves 10% and yearly billing saves 20%.
| Plan | Price | Best for | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $79/sender/mo monthly; $63/sender/mo billed yearly | Sales teams and small agencies | 100 enrichment credits per sender; unlimited campaigns and unified inbox |
| Agency | $999/mo for 25 senders; $799/mo billed yearly | Agencies running many client profiles | 1,000 enrichment credits; whitelabel; bring your own proxies; larger sender bundles available |
| Unlimited | $2,999/mo; $2,399/mo billed yearly | Large agencies and outbound teams | Fair-use cap of 300 senders; 3,000 enrichment credits; multi-brand whitelabel is a $500 add-on |
| Done for you (VIP) | Custom quote | Teams that want a managed service | Strategy, campaign setup, dedicated GTM engineer and inbox manager |
HeyReach also runs an Early stage program, described as a heavily discounted plan for companies under $250,000 ARR with fewer than five people. Its pricing FAQ mentions a 14-day free trial with no credit card and up to three LinkedIn accounts, and a 30-day trial on request for Agency and Unlimited.
Prices checked in October 2026 on HeyReach’s pricing page; confirm current offers before buying.
The math matters here. At $79 per sender, ten senders on Growth cost $790 a month, so the $999 Agency bundle for 25 senders becomes cheaper per sender well before you reach 25 accounts.
Is HeyReach safe for your LinkedIn account?
No LinkedIn automation tool is risk-free. LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not allow third-party software that automates activity on the platform, so any account using HeyReach can be restricted. The question is how much a tool reduces that risk.
HeyReach takes a conservative, cloud-based approach. According to its help center, each LinkedIn account gets a dedicated static residential proxy, and the IP is never shared between two accounts. Its pricing FAQ says the Growth plan includes this proxy per sender, while the Agency plan lists “bring your own proxies”.
Limits are the second layer. HeyReach’s help center recommends a default of 25 connection requests per day (40 maximum), caps each sender at 200 connection requests per week, and pauses sending in a “Cooldown Mode” if LinkedIn’s own weekly limit is hit. It also advises warming up new senders and keeping acceptance rates above 20%.
Two caveats remain. Accounts are connected by giving HeyReach access to your LinkedIn session, which means a third-party cloud acts as you. And sender rotation spreads volume across profiles, but each profile still carries its own risk. We rate HeyReach’s account safety as Medium: better than browser extensions, but not immune to LinkedIn enforcement.
Who should use HeyReach?
Good fit
- Lead generation agencies managing LinkedIn outreach for several clients
- Sales teams running one campaign across many SDR profiles
- GTM engineers who build workflows with Clay, n8n, the API or MCP
- Teams already sending cold email through Instantly or Smartlead
- Operators who want a single inbox for dozens of LinkedIn accounts

- Teams wanting built-in email sending without another tool
- Users who need advanced AI-written personalization out of the box
- Anyone unwilling to accept any risk under LinkedIn’s terms
HeyReach alternatives
If you are comparing the best LinkedIn automation tools, three alternatives stand out.
- Expandi is also cloud-based with dedicated IPs, but it is priced per seat and aimed more at individual users and small teams than at multi-sender rotation. Read our Expandi review.
- Waalaxy is the easier, cheaper choice for one profile, with a free plan and simple prospecting sequences. See the full Waalaxy breakdown.
- Lemlist suits teams that want LinkedIn and email in one tool with native email sending, instead of pairing HeyReach with an email platform. Our Lemlist review covers the trade-offs.

Final verdict
HeyReach is a strong, focused choice for agencies and sales teams running LinkedIn outreach across many accounts. Sender rotation, the unified inbox, free team seats and a dedicated proxy per sender solve real problems that single-account tools ignore.
The trade-offs are cost for small users and reliance on separate tools for email. If you manage one profile, a simpler tool will serve you better; if you manage ten or more, HeyReach is worth a trial on the official HeyReach site.
