VerdictDripify is an easy, cloud-based tool for LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with sensible built-in limits. Per-seat pricing and Advanced-only team and safety features make it less of a bargain for larger teams.Waalaxy is one of the simplest ways to automate LinkedIn invitations and follow-ups, and annual plans are cheap. Tight Pro quotas, costly monthly billing and Business-only cold email hold it back.HeyReach is one of the best tools for multi-account LinkedIn outreach, with sender rotation and a unified inbox built for agencies. Solo users will find the per-sender price and agency focus less compelling.Lemlist is one of the most complete email-plus-LinkedIn outreach platforms, with strong deliverability tools and a large lead database. LinkedIn-first teams may find per-seat pricing and extension-based LinkedIn automation limiting.

Dripify scores 4.1 out of 5 in our Dripify review, with a high ease-of-use score (4.5) but a value score of 3.8. Waalaxy and Lemlist also score 4.1, and HeyReach scores 4.3. Whichever tool you pick, LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not allow automation, so some risk of restrictions always remains.

Why look for a Dripify alternative?

Dripify is easy to use and well rounded, but its pricing model and plan structure push some users elsewhere. The main limitations from our review data:

  • Per-seat pricing adds up. Each user seat connects one LinkedIn account. Five reps on Pro cost $395 per month on monthly billing, or $295 per month billed annually.
  • Key features sit on Advanced. Team management, lead tagging, A/B testing, activity control and “advanced LinkedIn protection” all require the Advanced plan at $99 per user per month ($79 annually).
  • No free plan. You get a 7-day trial with no credit card, after which the account goes inactive unless you pay.
  • Limited native CRM coverage. HubSpot is native, but Salesforce and Pipedrive need Zapier, Make or webhooks.
  • Short-lived email credits. Every plan includes 100 email finder credits per month; extra packs start at $29 for 1,000 and expire after 30 days.
  • Few safety details. Dripify assigns a unique local IP per account, but publishes little technical detail on how its safety features work. We rate its safety as Medium (4.0 out of 5).

None of these is a deal-breaker for a solo user, but they matter once you add seats or rely on email.

Waalaxy: best for beginners on a budget

Waalaxy is the lowest-cost way to start LinkedIn outreach in this group. On annual billing, Pro costs €19 per user per month, Advanced €49 and Business €69. It earns the highest ease-of-use score we have given (4.7): you import prospects from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite searches, pick a ready-made sequence and launch. Since July 2026 it runs fully in the cloud.

Waalaxy also syncs natively with HubSpot and Pipedrive from the Pro plan, which covers a CRM that Dripify does not support natively. The compromises are significant, though. Pro allows only 300 invitations per month, cold email is limited to the Business plan, sequences are template-based, and monthly billing roughly doubles the price according to third-party trackers.

Teams of five or more seats can request volume discounts of 10% to 30% from Waalaxy support, and an anti-duplicate check stops two teammates from contacting the same person. The LinkedIn Inbox, however, is a paid add-on.

Choose it over Dripify if you are new to LinkedIn outreach, send modest volumes and are happy to pay annually. Read our Waalaxy review and the side-by-side Waalaxy vs Dripify comparison.

HeyReach: best for agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts

HeyReach fixes Dripify’s biggest scaling problem. Instead of paying per user, you pay per LinkedIn sender, and team members are free. You can assign several senders to one campaign, HeyReach rotates sending between them, and every conversation lands in one unified inbox.

The math changes quickly at scale. Ten Dripify Advanced seats cost $990 per month on monthly billing, while HeyReach’s Agency plan covers 25 senders for $999 per month, with whitelabel included. Growth costs $79 per sender per month, or $63 billed yearly, and each sender gets a dedicated static residential proxy. HeyReach has the best value score in this group (4.2). Its weak spot is email: it relies on Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, whereas Dripify includes email steps on every plan.

Sales Navigator imports are capped at 2,500 leads per sender per import, close to Dripify’s 2,475 per search, and InMail campaigns need every sender to hold Sales Navigator or Recruiter. The 14-day trial with no credit card covers up to three LinkedIn accounts.

Choose it over Dripify if you run outreach from five or more LinkedIn profiles or manage client accounts. See our HeyReach review, and compare it with another per-seat tool in HeyReach vs Expandi.

Lemlist: best for email-first teams adding LinkedIn

Lemlist approaches outreach from the opposite direction. Email is the core channel, and LinkedIn, calls and SMS are layered on top in the Multichannel plan. It has our highest features score in this group (4.6), with lemwarm email warm-up and a deliverability hub included, a 650M+ lead database, and two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync plus Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho CRM.

The Email plan costs $69 per month or $55 billed yearly, but LinkedIn automation requires the Multichannel plan at $109 per month or $87 billed yearly. LinkedIn runs through a Chrome extension session rather than a dedicated cloud IP, which is why its safety score (3.6) is lower than Dripify’s 4.0. Each seat also connects only one LinkedIn account, and enrichment credits cost extra.

The 14-day trial needs no credit card and covers Multichannel features except in-app calls, with 200 free credits. Lemlist’s help center recommends about 20 invitations per day and offers an invitation ramp-up, a more conservative pace than Dripify’s listed quota of 75 connection requests per day.

Choose it over Dripify if cold email drives most of your pipeline and you need deliverability tools, a lead database or Salesforce sync. Read our Lemlist review, or see how it compares with other email-first tools in Lemlist vs Reply.io and Skylead vs Lemlist.

How to choose the right Dripify alternative

  • Budget and billing. Waalaxy is the cheapest on annual plans; compare annual and monthly prices before you decide.
  • Number of LinkedIn accounts. For one profile, per-seat tools are fine. For many, HeyReach’s per-sender bundles and free team seats usually win.
  • Main channel. If LinkedIn leads, stay with a LinkedIn-first tool. If email leads, look at Lemlist or other multichannel outreach tools.
  • CRM. Need Pipedrive natively? Waalaxy and Lemlist have it. Need Salesforce? Lemlist offers two-way sync.
  • Safety approach. Cloud tools with a dedicated proxy per account (HeyReach) or a unique local IP (Dripify) differ from Lemlist’s extension-based LinkedIn connection.
  • Sequence depth. If you want more branching logic and dedicated IPs in a LinkedIn-first tool, Expandi is also worth a look; our Dripify vs Expandi post compares the two.

When Dripify is still the better choice

Dripify is still the right tool for many solo sellers, founders and recruiters. Every paid plan includes LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence, which Waalaxy only offers on Business and HeyReach only through a second tool. Its builder is simple, with conditions such as “if accepted” and “if replied”, and its 4.5 ease score makes it quick to learn.

It also handles Sales Navigator well, importing up to 2,475 profiles per search and sending up to 30 InMails per day. Each account runs in the cloud on a unique IP from your local region, and the pricing page lists human behavior simulation and daily quotas on every plan. If you run one or two profiles, use HubSpot and want LinkedIn plus email without much setup, Dripify is hard to beat. It also lists an open API and an MCP server for AI agents, plus Zapier, Make, Google Sheets and webhooks.

How we picked these alternatives

We chose alternatives that address Dripify’s documented limits: per-seat costs at scale, Advanced-only team features, missing native CRMs and email depth. This roundup is research-based. We did not run hands-on tests; we reviewed official pricing pages, help centers and product documentation alongside public user reviews. Each tool is scored on features (30%), value for money (25%), LinkedIn account safety (25%) and ease of use (20%). See how we review LinkedIn tools for the full method.

We also considered Expandi, Skylead and Reply.io. Expandi is covered in our Dripify vs Expandi post; Skylead and Reply.io cost more per seat once LinkedIn is included, so they fit a narrower group of Dripify users.

Final verdict

If Dripify’s price is the problem and your needs are simple, Waalaxy is the cheapest and easiest switch on annual billing. If you are scaling across many LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach offers better value per sender and our highest overall score in this group. If email is your main channel, Lemlist gives you deliverability tools and a large lead database with LinkedIn on top. Start with each free trial, keep daily volumes conservative and check our current deals before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to Dripify?

It depends on why you are switching. Waalaxy is the best budget alternative for beginners, HeyReach is best for agencies and teams with many LinkedIn accounts, and Lemlist is best for teams whose outreach is led by cold email.

Is Waalaxy better than Dripify?

Both score 4.1 out of 5 at Inranked. Waalaxy is easier and cheaper on annual billing, starting at €19 per user per month, while Dripify includes email steps and condition-based sequences on every plan. Our Waalaxy vs Dripify post compares them in detail.

Which Dripify alternative is cheaper?

Waalaxy is cheapest, with Pro at €19 per user per month billed annually, against Dripify's $59. For larger teams, HeyReach's Agency plan covers 25 senders for $999 per month, while ten Dripify Advanced seats already cost $990 per month on monthly billing.

Which is safer, Dripify or its alternatives?

Dripify scores 4.0 out of 5 for safety, ahead of Waalaxy (3.8) and Lemlist (3.6) and just behind HeyReach (4.1). Dripify and HeyReach both isolate accounts on their own IP or proxy, while Lemlist connects LinkedIn through a Chrome extension session. No tool is risk-free under LinkedIn's User Agreement.

Can I use Dripify and Lemlist together?

Yes. Some teams run cold email in Lemlist and LinkedIn sequences in Dripify. Make sure the same lead is not enrolled in both tools at once, and keep each LinkedIn profile connected to only one automation tool.
